The real estate market in North Texas has been slowly improving lately. But it still takes an experienced professional to move your house quickly, professionally, and profitably. Currently, the statitistics show that Realtors® and the internet are the driving forces behind home sales. Here is how I correlate the statistics with action:
Exposure…Exposure… Exposure! This is probably one of the most important ingredients required to achieve a successful sale! According to the latest National Association of Realtors® statistics (December 2011), over 36% * 1 of the people who bought homes in 2011 found their home on the internet… I have what has to be one of the most exposure oriented Real Estate sales systems available, anywhere! Your listing will be seen on the following sites at a minimum (Plus there are many more downstream websites that are not listed but who will carry your listing on their site as well.)
